Characteristic
Water soluble silicone oil is colorless to light yellow or brown yellow oily viscous transparent liquid, for the reactivity of non-ionic surfactant, soluble in water, alcohol, aromatic hydrocarbons and other solvents.
Water soluble silicone oil has excellent washable, antistatic and soft properties, which can significantly improve the feel of the fabric, and strengthen its washable and stain resistance.
Application
- Fabric finishing: Used as fabric finishing agent, especially suitable for underwear, bed sheets, towels and other fabrics soft finishing, so that the fabric soft and absorbent sweat, comfortable to wear.
- Plastics industry: It can be added to plastics as an internal additive for the production of drip-free film greenhouses, which play the role of anti-fog and improve light transmittance.
- Coatings and paints: used as a leveling agent for coatings, paints and polyurethane pastes, which can reduce the internal friction and stress of their molecules, thus playing the role of leveling and defoaming.
- Cutting fluid and cleaning agent: Used to produce efficient cutting fluid and high-grade cleaning agent.
