High hydrogen silicone oil
Scientific name: Polymethylhydrogensiloxane CAS number: 63148-57-2
This colorless, transparent liquid is weather-resistant and hydrophobic. It forms a film through low-temperature crosslinking under the catalysis of metal salts, offering moisture-proofing, mildew-resistance, and rust-resistance, as well as breathability. It can be used as a moisture-proof and waterproofing agent for various materials, including plaster, fabric, glass, ceramics, paper, leather, metal, cement, and marble. It can also be used as an anti-yellowing agent for high-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber, a crosslinker for addition-type silicone rubber products, and as a diluent for silicone inks, as an anti-sticking release agent and crosslinker for paper.

① Waterproofing agent (for gypsum board, fabric, glass, ceramics, metal, cement, marble, powdered and granular materials), imparting water repellency and preventing caking.
② Finishing fabrics (cotton, linen, silk, acrylic, polyester, etc.), imparting water repellency and stain resistance, a good hand feel, drapeability, and shrinkage and wrinkle resistance.
③ Water-repellent treatment of powders to prevent caking (such as powder treatment of dry powder fire extinguishers, mica, clay, silica, and other powders).
④ Anti-sticking release agent and crosslinking agent for paper, waterproof softener for glass fiber.
⑤ Anti-yellowing agent for high-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber.
⑥ Crosslinking agent for addition-type silicone rubber products.

Use and Application

Storage and Validity
It should be kept away from alkaline substances,acid and moisture, and stored in a cool and dry place. The storage period is more than one year. If it exceeds the period, it can be re-inspected according fo the standard and can still be used if it is qualifed. This product is non-dangerous and can be
transported as ordinary goods.
