High-hydrogen-content silicone oil: Polymethylhydrosiloxane, is a colorless and transparent liquid. Under the action of metal salt catalysts, it can crosslink at low temperatures to form a film, creating a waterproof film on the surface of various materials. It can be used as a waterproofing agent for various materials such as gypsum, fabrics, glass, ceramics, paper, leather, metal, cement, and marble, especially for fabrics. Additionally, it is used as an anti-sticking release agent and crosslinking agent for paper. It can also be used as an anti-yellowing agent for high-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber, as a crosslinking agent for addition-type silicone rubber products, and for diluting silicone rubber inks.

Performance advantages of high-hydrogen-content silicone oil:
🔘 Excellent viscosity stability, forms a film at low temperatures
🔘 High hydrogen content
🔘 Low acid value
🔘 Good weather resistance and hydrophobic effect
🔘 Colorless, non-toxic, and non-irritating
🔘 Anti-yellowing agent for high-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber
What are its applications?
♥ Waterproofing agents (for materials such as gypsum, cement, marble, fabrics, glass, ceramics, leather, metals, powders, and granules), giving them water repellency and preventing clumping;
♥ Water-repellent treatment of dry-sprayed materials (e.g., fire extinguisher powder, various fillers);
♥ As a finishing agent for fabrics such as cotton, linen, silk, acrylic, and polyester;
♥ As an anti-sticking and cross-linking agent for paper, and a waterproof and softening agent for glass fiber;
♥ Raw materials and important intermediates for the synthesis of polyether-modified silicone oil, alkyl-modified silicone oil, etc.;
♥ Anti-yellowing treatment during the vulcanization process of silicone rubber.
