Recently, into the Yongxiu Spark silicone Industrial Park 5G smart factory, I saw that after the robot arm accurately captured silicone products, automated packaging, AGV unmanned vehicles shuttled back and forth, orderly delivery of products to the shelf, large screen real-time display of production and operation data and intelligent safety monitoring system, realizing the transformation and upgrading from "traditional manufacturing" to "green intelligent manufacturing". Silicone industrial cluster was rated as one of China's top 100 clusters.
Spark silicone downstream product automation packaging line. Taking the opportunity of being selected as the first pilot county for the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises in the province, Yongxiu took the lead in completing the diagnosis of digital transformation into enterprises in the city, and completed the digital transformation of 123 enterprises. Among them, the Galaxy meter was selected as the national "industrial strength" excellent case, and the Jingjiu power Supply was awarded the single champion of the province's manufacturing industry, and the construction of a modern industrial system was accelerated.
In order to promote the quality and efficiency of the industrial economy, the concept of "big grab project, big grab project" and the "Big Knock" investment promotion action have been innovatively carried out, and 98 projects have been signed in 2024, of which 22 are silicone projects, all of which have reached a new high in the past five years. Promoting the construction of 109 projects, such as Yongzhuo and Shida Phase II, and 102 projects, such as Yuchuang, Kendao and Tyen, were completed and put into operation, completing the planned industrial operating income of 31.596 billion yuan, an increase of 12.6%.
The continuous optimization of the business environment gives Yongxiu more momentum for development.
