Process overview
The preparation process of low hydrogen silicone oil mainly includes the following steps:

Preparation of raw materials: The main raw materials include purified dimethylchlorosilane (DMCS), hydrochloric acid (HCl), etc.
Hydrolytic condensation reaction: In the presence of HCl catalyst, DMCS hydrolyzes with water to form dimethylsilanediol (DMSD), which further condensates to form polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) chain.

Application principle
The application principle of low hydrogen silicone oil is mainly based on the activity of silicon-hydrogen bonds (Si-H bonds) in its molecules.
