Polyvinyl silicone oil

Polyvinyl silicone oil is a siloxane polymer containing vinyl functional groups. It is usually a colorless or light yellow transparent liquid, non-toxic, odorless, free of mechanical impurities, and insoluble in water. It has a small vapor pressure, a high flash point and ignition point, and a low freezing point. It can still maintain good stability under high temperature or special working environment, and will not easily change its physical or chemical properties.

Hydrogen silicone oil

It is a silicone polymer whose chemical structure consists of silicon atoms, hydrogen atoms and two methyl groups. It is a colorless, transparent liquid or colloid with low viscosity and high chemical stability. It has excellent thermal stability, can work for a long time at high temperatures, and can withstand extremely low temperatures. It also has good electrical insulation properties, corrosion resistance and low surface tension. It has low viscosity and fluidity.

Hydrogenated silicone oil is the basic raw material for sealants, potting compounds, foam levelers, defoamers, water-soluble silicone oils and other products. It can also be used as a waterproofing agent and softener for natural and synthetic fiber fabrics, silk, leather, etc.

 

Hydrogen-terminated silicone oil
It is a polydimethylsiloxane with Si-H bonds at both ends. It is a non-toxic, odorless, transparent liquid. Because the terminal groups in the molecular structure contain active Si-H bonds, it has higher activity and is an important key reactive intermediate. The basic intermediate raw material of the hydrosilylation reaction is often used to manufacture various terminal reactive linear modified silicone oils. It is a key intermediate in block copolymerization reactions.

Vinyl-terminated silicone oil is a siloxane polymer containing vinyl functional groups. It is a non-toxic, odorless, transparent oil with active vinyl groups. Under the action of a catalyst, it can react with chemical substances containing active hydrogen groups and other active groups to prepare various silicone products with special properties.

 

Vinyl-terminated silicone oil is the base polymer of addition-type liquid silicone rubber. The addition-type liquid silicone rubber prepared by combining it with hydrogen-containing crosslinking agents, platinum catalysts, inhibitors, etc. has good fluidity, formability and elasticity, and is widely used in the manufacture of injection molding silicone rubber, electronic adhesives, and thermal conductive adhesives.
