II. Industrial Protection Applications
Construction Material Protection
The product forms a nanoscale hydrophobic film on materials such as ceramic tiles and paper-faced gypsum boards. Testing conducted by a building materials manufacturer demonstrated that water absorption was reduced to 0.8% (National Standard requirement: ≤1.5%), with no peeling observed after 50 freeze–thaw cycles.
Industrial Substrate Protection
It provides molecular-level protection for marble, metal, and other industrial surfaces. Verification by automotive component manufacturers showed salt spray resistance exceeding 1,000 hours (ISO 9227) and a threefold increase in service life compared with conventional treatments.
Specialized Firefighting Materials

III. Application Guidelines and Storage Requirements
Application Guidelines
The moisture content of the substrate should be below 5%.
Impregnation treatment is recommended, with a minimum contact time of 30 seconds.
Recommended curing temperature: 60 ± 5°C.
Storage and Transportation Requirements
Store in explosion-proof facilities at temperatures between -40°C and 50°C.
IBC containers should be nitrogen-sealed immediately after opening.
Avoid contact and storage with oxidizing agents.
